"I wanted to change car insurance so decided to call State Farm for a quote. I recommend you ask to speak with Eve as she was very helpful and did her best to get me what I wanted. She even reviewed my initial quote and was able to find and fix a minor mistake that brought down the price of my insurance. We went back and forth on different plans and bundles in order to get into the price range that I wanted. I had a direct phone number I could reach her at which was so amazing since my previous company would have me on hold for 2 hours and would not provide a direct contact line. I look forward to being covered by State Farm."

"My agent is Eve and she made my car insurance transition a smooth process despite how chaotic an east-to-west coast moving situation can be! She also helped guide me through the steps/information to help register my car in Cali. "We moved to California in 2022 and needed a new insurance company. They were recommended, and I can't tell you how pleased I am that I am using Trevor Lam - State Farm Insurance Agency. Every person who has assisted me with my insurance needs has been professional, helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. Eve and Shawn helped us so much with our car insurance, renters insurance, earthquake insurance and other insurance. They built a relationship with me and are familiar with me and my needs. I know that they'll always be there to take care of me and look out for me. Linda has been so helpful to make sure that my car claim after our car accident went smoothly. She would reach out to me if there was a problem and tell me how it was being handled. She told me when papers where coming and what to sign and what to send back. The idea that I didn't have to worry about anything and that Linda was on top of it helped me not worry about how my claim was going. I am very happy with how Linda handled the whole situation and how State Farm handled my claim. I will continue to use State Farm for my insurance in the future. Thank you to everyone in the office."
