"Anissa has been nothing but helpful and has gone above and beyond to get answers for me on a few minor dilemmas. She calls back in a timely manner and most importantly when she says she will. She’s very open and honest and cares about her job and the customer. I’ve never had a more personal experience with insurance and I’m used to always speaking to someone different but with State Farm I get to speak to the same person every time and don’t feel like I’m starting from scratch explaining myself. I don’t always hear what I want to hear after problem solving but if anybody’s going to deliver any bad news I’d prefer it to be her. She’s very kind and very knowledgeable and anything she doesn’t know she gets the answer from her manager quickly and gets back to me. I love her customer service and think more people should be like her. She truly made my experience a lot better 🤍. Thank you Anissa."
